Once you have completed our client services questionnaire we are
happy to make you a suitable package and a price offer.
Complete Relocation Service includes:
- Your needs
To understand your needs we are happy to discuss your requirements
with you in person or by phone or e-mail. At this stage, we are
determining the criteria regarding the area, property, schooling
etc, and compile for you a suitable service package.
- Property search
Based to the written criteria we will make a review of vacancies and
compile a list of suitable properties in the area with detailed
information about each property (including pictures). We will also
give you our recommendations.
We will arrange appointments to view selected properties and assist
you by checking the places, by making choices and by negotiating the
renting or leasing terms.
- Settling in
We will assist you with settling into the property: organizing the
transportation of your belongings, dealing with small repairs,
setting up utility accounts, advising how to check inventory and how
to use appliances, heating etc.
- Introductory Course
You are given an information package of the area including a map.
This contains useful information about living in Estonia and about
the area you are moving to.
We will help acclimate you to your new neighborhood and town – with
a guided tour of the area introducing you to the local lifestyle.
- Family support
We will give you information and advice on local amenities such as
schools, kindergartens, registering with the local doctoritame.
- Administrative support
We will assist you with registration of other requested documents
like driving license, health care insurance, cell phone contract,
bank registration etc.
- After the move
We will always help you with problems that may rise and support you
throughout the tenancy. This additional consultation is free during
the first month.
